HVAC invites you to this exciting flag football recreational league for young players interested in learning the game and having fun while doing so! The league will take place at Hickory Ridge. We will strive to teach these young players the proper fundamentals of the game including catching, throwing, and offensive and defensive concepts.

We will work on these fundamentals and skills the first half hour of each session, and play small sided games for the second half. We expect to have lots of fun, while teaching proper techniques that the kids will be able to build on for a lifetime!
